THDI Support Messaging

These terms govern the SMS (text message) program operated by Thompson Hall Digital Inc. ("THDI", "we", "us", or "our") under the sender name THDI Support. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Description & Purpose

THDI Support uses SMS to send you customer-care and support notifications related to your support tickets. Messages may include ticket updates, notification that a technician has replied and is awaiting your response, and requests for information needed to resolve your issue. This is a conversational support program — it is not used to send marketing or promotional content.

2. How You Opt In

You can start a conversation by texting a support request to either of our published support lines — 902.220.5839 (business hours) or 902.901.6898 (after-hours). You are enrolled only after you provide your mobile number to THDI Support and give your consent to receive text messages in connection with your support request. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on activity on your support ticket(s). You will generally receive messages only when there is an update to a ticket you have opened or when a technician needs your response.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to any messages you send or receive. Please check with your wireless provider for details about your plan.

5. Opt Out & Help (STOP / HELP)

  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving SMS messages from THDI Support. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send any further messages unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below.

6. Privacy — No Sharing or Selling of Opt-In Data

We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information, mobile number, or SMS consent with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as needed to operate the messaging service (for example, our messaging provider) or as required by law.

Information collected through the SMS program is used solely to provide and support the support-ticket service described above. For more about how we handle your information, contact us at the address below.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
